This is an unsolicited letter of appreciation for the excellent services Sandy has provided (me) in all areas of travel planning for over a decade.

Her courtesy, immediate grasp of total travelling needs, promptness in getting things done, and going the extra mile or two when needed as well as making herself available on weekends to deal with emergency situations sets her apart from other travel agents that have been dealt with in the past.

Most importantly, unbeknownst to many, Sandy's personal involvement at times that go well above and beyond the call of duty in helping, on an emergent basis, travel arrangements of needy children and their familes deserves to be acknowledged.
