How to Enjoy Global Entry in the U.S.
Getting quick clearance at a U.S. Customs point should be your number one priority if you are a frequent traveler here. There are two popular methods you can do this. These are; Expedited Customs Global Entry and Expedited Travel Safety (TSA Pre✓™).
1. Expedited Customs Global Entry
What is Global Entry
U.S Customs and Border Protection always seek to make travel easy, especially for the regular international travelers. One of the ways it ensures this is through a program known asExpedited Customs Global Entry. Previously approved inbound travelers are categorized as low-risk and thus do not warrant the comprehensive clearance that an otherwise new traveler will attract. If you are a participant in thisprogram, you may enter U.S. through Global Entry Kiosks in selected airports.
When do you need the program?
Trust me; if you are a regular traveler to the U.S., you do not want to go through the rigorous clearance at the airport’s customs. You will want this process expedited quickly so that you are on your way. The only way around this is getting the Global Entry Card and Pass ID.
Note that this program is only available to pre-approved travelers re-entering the U.S. territory. There are a few countries that have cooperated with U.S. customs officials, whose citizens enjoy the expedited access. Expedited Customs Global Entry is not to be confused with TSA Pre✓™ discussed below.
How do you qualify for Global Entry?

2. Expedited Travel Security
What is TSA Pre✓™?

As a member of this program, you will not be asked to remove your shoes, belts and other outerwear. You will also access special screening lanes that do not have long queues.
