1. Ma'In Hot Springs, Jordan -Even the Biblical King Herod used to soak in these hot springs. They are rumored to have medicinal purposes.

2. San Miguel de Allende, Mexico - Way before your great grandfather was born, the Aztecs had discovered the medicinal qualities of this hot spring. The natives discovered that the thermal waters were especially great for relaxation.

3. Pamukkale hot spring, Denizli, Turkey - These are found below the ruins of hieropolis. This has been a popular spa since the reign of the Romans.

4. Termas Geometricas, Pucon, Chile - These are a series of 20 pools that are linked together by wooden walkway. They are found in the larger Villarica National Park.
